Description
This 10-week face-to-face pilates-based pelvic floor course is held on Saturdays at 10:30 am starting on the 11th of January 2025.
The course will support ladies in rebalancing their bodies to help them develop a better connection with and develop the strength and reactivity of their pelvic floor.
The course is supported by regular “homework” activities to help students achieve the best results. To get the most out of the “homework,” you may want to consider purchasing the equipment bundle to support your practice.
