Hi I’m Lisa, Pilates Instructor and Director/Owner of Pilates Avenue.

I have over 15 years of experience teaching Pilates, group exercise, and personal training. Pilates is my passion – I love that Pilates adapts to the person doing it; so whatever your shape, size, fitness level with Pilates we can help you to achieve your health & fitness goals.

Hi, I’m Amie,

I have been teaching Pilates for over 8 years. I previously studied at The Royal Ballet School, London and professionally performed as a classical dancer. During my career, I danced with some amazing companies including the Birmingham Royal Ballet and Disney Tokyo. Pilates was always a passion of mine and I often taught Pilates to some of the other dancers in the company. Pilates has always been a huge benefit alongside my dance career and I believe it is a must in my working week to stay healthy and maintain a peak physique.

I have witnessed the benefits Pilates can have on people and my aim is to help improve fitness, flexibility, postural alignment, core strength, muscle tone, body awareness and general well-being. 

Hi, I’m Lilian, 

I’ve been going to Lisa’s classes for years and it is through her as a mentor that I decided to become a Pilates instructor myself. In my classes you will learn how to strengthen your core that gets weakened by too much sitting and by the time you’ve thought of all the muscles that need to be engaged, your mind won’t be busy stressing overwork or life and you will also get a much-needed hour to yourself.
