Nutritional Therapy is an evidence-based approach for optimising your health. Our Nutritional Therapists will support you to make food and lifestyle changes to promote peak health and performance. Nutritional Therapists offer a personalised approach to your health; we see you as the individual you are and support you accordingly.

Nutritional therapy practitioners use a wide range of tools to assess and identify potential nutritional imbalances and understand how these may contribute to an individual’s symptoms and health concerns.

The Nutritional Therapy Team

Annette James -Registered Nutritional Therapist (mBANT, rCNHC), Wellness Coach and Yoga Teacher.

I originally trained as a Food Scientist and worked in the food industry for more than 20 years.  I love food, relaxation, and daily movement, in particular walking, yoga, and dancing.  I am loving my late mid-life years and the freedoms these bring!

My desire is to help other mid-lifers who are moving towards retirement and stressed adults discover their sense of ease through the nourishment of body, mind, and spirit.  I’m especially interested in supporting those who may have concerns about their metabolic health (such as weight, cholesterol, blood sugar, and blood pressure levels) or their immune health or inflammatory conditions.

Lisa Hutson -Registered Nutritional Therapist (mBANT, rCNHC), Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer.

I have worked in the health and wellness space for over 20yrs; working for both large health and fitness organisations and working for myself supporting individuals.

I am now the owner and principal instructor at Pilates Avenue as well as a mum so I understand the pressure many people feel on a daily basis. Plus I understand the importance of good nutrition to help us tackle. our daily lives.
