Tired of being lost in the crowd when you exercise?

Doing movements but not sure if they are right?

Want to be in an environment where your instructor knows you (and so do the other people in the room)?

At Pilates Avenue we offer small group classes (maximum of 10 for mat, maximum of 3 for Reformer & Comprehensive). This enables our experienced team of instructors to give you actual support in real time. We can see you we can help you so no more flopping about on a mat and wondering what is happening.

Pilates is different to the way you may have exercised before. In order to get the most out of your classes you need to slow down focus on your own body make the movement smaller focusing on keeping the core controlled as you move. You may feel frustrated if your cant do an exercise perfectly straight away – Pilates is called practice for a reason.

We offer fundament, progressive, advanced and mixed ability classes level classes as well as delicate body classes and seated Pilates so we have class level suitable for all.

Plus we are Hull’s only Comprehensive Pilates studio – this means we offer the full Pilates system as created by Joseph Pilates.

Pilates Mat is a great option for all levels; whether you are a beginner or more advanced. Training on the mat can offer the most amazing whole body strengthening workout.

Fundamental mat classes can work really well if you are new to Pilates and newer to exercise as the mat gives you less to think about than the large equipment.

Barre is the ultimate legs & butt workout using the principles of dance this fun workout builds strength, posture and flexibility.

Our Seated Pilates class uses the Pilates principles to help those that prefer not to get onto the floor to still gain the benefits of Pilates.
